I am having problems with the S4PE program, said program does not let me extract the CLIP and CLIP HEADER from my package, I get this error... does anyone know how to solve it??? or do you know any alternative program??? It happens that from what I've been seeing it seems that something called TSSL or SSL or something like that has something to do with it, but the truth is that I don't know much about what it is.

Did you install the .NET runtime? Are you using the latest 0.6.0 version? It can export them, I exported every clip and clip header in the Wicked Whims tuning package with no errors.

 

Do you intend to make a plugin so they can be opened by Blender or some other 3D animation software? If that's the case then I think you want a reverse engineer, someone who's good at figuring out how custom file formats work. An animator won't be able to help you because no 3D animation software can open those files.
