Villa Vigna is a small cafe/bar on the cliffside of Tartosa.  It functions as a cafe or a bar (or both, if you're using DISL Residential Lots NPC mod).  Requires a 30X20 lot

 

All CC is included in the download, and remember to use move objects before placing.  It does require a few packs including the new bistro kit.

I always love when you share a new project with the community! I was wondering is you could tell me more about DISL Residentail Lot NPC mod? It's the first time I hear about it.

Check out this link here... it'll give you a much better understanding than I could give. It has been a game-changer for me.  It's allowed me  to have  a pub in the residential lot, I've also built an apartment and cafe on one lot
