There are 4 apartments, a communal entertainment area, residents only bar, garden with hot tub and small yoga area. It sits on a 40X30 lot, and I placed it in Willow Creek. Not all the apartments have been decorated, to give you a little creative freedom to set them up as you like, but they have all been set out into the different apartments. All CC is included in the download. Remember to use move objects before placing! This will eventually form part of my World Save (which is taking a lot longer than anticipated to complete!).
