Change to the Desire Spell in SL Aroused

So, I'm making a run where I play through as an illusion mage with some Sexlab integration, and mixing mods together I have most of what I wanted for interactions, except one: I'd like there to be a heavy advantage to managing arousal. I planned to just adjust the Desire spell in SL Aroused, but not sure how to do it. Could someone either whip up a patch for it, or tell me how to do it? I want low arousal to give an experience bonus and decrease spell magnitude, and high arousal to increase spell magnitude and decrease experience gain; simulating being focused at low arousal, distracted at high arousal, but my magic scales off of my desire. These are the numbers I figured out for interaction with other mods:

0-20 Arousal: 20% additional XP gain, -20% spell magnitude

21-40 Arousal: 10% additional XP gain, -10% spell magnitude

41-69 Arousal: +10% spell magnitude

70-90 Arousal: -10% additional XP gain, +20% spell magnitude

91-100 Arousal: -30% additional XP gain, +50% spell magnitude
