Are you sure? I'm sure I've already seen this character somewhere and it seems to me it was on steam.
You should know that sketchfab, many of the characters that we find come from games. (sorry for my english)

Given that it was only uploaded to sketchfab five days ago, yes, I'm sure. If the uploader rendered an existing character they would of mentioned who the character was, and I'm not seeing that anywhere. So, I'd say it's an original character, and  you probably saw something similar on steam, but not the same model.
