SMP constraint doesn't follow collision

I've been messing with the smp xml file to fix the physics for H2135's Modern Series 4's nipple piercing C. The issue is that it doesn't stay constrained on the nipple when anything collides with the breasts and they get pushed/squished. My main issue with that is it happens when my character walks and her arms swing and push her breasts to the side a little. Is smp unable to handle those cases or is my config just messed up?

First clip shows the problem. Second clip is a temp fix where I disable the arms from colliding with the breasts, but then the arms just go through which is not ideal.

This actually has nothing to do with SMP. This is a weightpainting issue. You could try copying bone weights (specifically those from the nip bones) to the piercings. If that doesn't fix it then Blender/Max may be your only option.
