Actor body part stretching

I need help with sorting out this animation problem. I'm honestly amazed I even got this far with the mods. So Sexout works for the purposes of the sex itself it seems. The problem is the penis and boobs of the participants stretch to infinity. My thought is that the compatibility skeleton mod stuff might not be configured correctly. I am a mega noob when it comes to this and and stumped on where to try and fix after reading back through the mod pages. I use NMM for all the mods and its worked really well so far (at least what I can tell). I also hear what sounds like ragdolling happening all around me at all times and characters will ragdoll after they're done having sex. I managed to screenshot some examples so that maybe just the picture could tip someone off on whats going on. If you want to know my mod list and load order I can add it to this. If there is an easy way to send the list without going through everything like some comprehensive list file, I'd like to know so I can help this along easier.

I also think I have the correct meshes on for the people, at least in the MCM it lets me choose from the multiple I have in the folders.
