Chest hair on female sims during wickedwhims animations, and hair generation auto re-enabling

Hello,

 

I've suddenly run into an odd bug since the last patch update: all NEW female sims I create, will auto re-enable hair growth whenever they travel to a new venue (you can imagine how annoying this is), and suddenly during WickedWhims animations their chest hair will grow full bush.

 

This persists until I enable cheats, go to CAS, remove all body hair AND disable body hair from growing. However, this will all resume once the sim travels, or next time game is loaded.

 

Sims that were added to the world before the patch don't have this issue. No chest hair during animations, hair will stay disabled. WTF is going on? Anyone else have this issue?

I've started having this issue and I'd appreciate any sort of solutions. Thank you very much!
First there's nothing, then during animation torso hair appears (jungle from pubes all the way up to chest), and then when I go to CAS, there's hair that I can X in torso hair section.
