Patch Request for Lunar Fallout Overhaul and Critical Hits of Outside of VAT

Hello, today I'm turning to you with a request.

I've been playing the game with the Lunar Fallout Overhaul Mod for months (years?). In the current run again without VAT support, because in my opinion this makes the game too easy despite survival (vanilla) and hardcore mode (LFO). I've now come across the mod Critical Hits outside of VAT, which I'm now using. From my point of view, this mod is no longer actively maintained.

I noticed that something was wrong with the Iron Fist perk. When checking, Xedit shows that there is a conflict between LFO and the other mod.

 

Unfortunately, my knowledge of checking is exhausted.

My question now is: is anyone interested in creating a compatibility patch for LFO? The author Moonracer has nothing against it, but doesn't want to take care of it himself. I asked him on Discord.
Second option: someone takes me by the hand and guides me through the process step by step. The videos available on YT for xedit... there are translation problems because English is not my native language.

 

Finally, I should note that I am using game version 163 and therefore LFO version 110.
