Bodyslide isn't working, body is "inflated" in-game

i literally have no idea how this happened, i just loaded up my game today and no matter what i do, my in-game character model is super fat, even at the bottom left of the body triangle. everything was working fine up to now, and every time i try to re-buiild the body and outfits, the model actually gets fatter.

looks like your outfit setting are replacing the body settings. Why are you changing the outfit? I would use the group filters and batch build with outfits. But probably uninstall and reinstall your body mods and rebuild to fix
