Tanlines overlays for fallout 4/looksmenu?

Hello, as the title suggest is there any mod that adds tanlines overlays? I tried doing something (hardly did a test) but it seems i can't control the transparency or color of the overlay).

So  are there any mods that add tanlines or it is imposible to make because you cannot edit color/transparency etc?

There are only one set in the mod, but its better than nothing.

Thank you very much. I did some sun starved cbbe conversion from Skyrim but it need alot of work and i have 0 clue about moding
