Getting a racemenu preset to work properly

Can anyone help me with getting this preset to work in game?

I tried following the instructions, but it either dosent show up at all or with broken textures.

Got 2 options for that:

1. Get the mods used by the preset: makeup, head, body, hand and feet overlays, skin overlays, ...
2. Clean the preset from mods you don't have.

It says to apply textures from two different mods, however I dont know how to do that.

For reference, I tried putting the textured from both mods into one folder, seperate folders, into the folder with the preset and just not installing any additional textures at all, yet nothing works. So Im not sure what the guide means by applying them both.

Before you get something as complex as this present to work, you should first gain experience with much simpler things

 

Many presents have links to pages in addition to the files for direct download - where you can find the things you need, such as make-up, hairstyles, etc.

 

All of this also has to be installed - or you learn how to replace these things in the individual sections of the race menu - for example, selecting the hair from another source

 

Working with the skin of a present is complex - because not only the actual base (such as "diamond skin") has to be provided - but also the "overlays" - for example, paintings ... or tattoos

 

I myself always have presents that have certain requirements - but which I don't want to install - because at some point the hard drive will be full ... so I adapt these templates to my own taste

 

The most complicated thing (for me anyway) is working cleanly with special races - how you want to use them ... I've looked at the necessary resources - not everything is provided with links ... in my opinion for a beginner (I can tell from the way you ask) definitely too difficult

Ok found the problem, the preset was using a bodypaint I dint have. Just diabled that and now everything is working correctly.
