Simple Nipple Slip / flashing / wet clothes detection

I had the idea of having a mod thats is simply a timer and chance% mod that uses tags from clothes

Lets say you have a top with hdt that will "malfunction" and expose the boobs under extreme movement like jumping

And the mod will have a timer from since the clothing was worn or a chance after actions like jumping to activate (might need per outfit customazation)

AND BOOM EVERYONE GETS TO SEE, toggling the armor to (temporarily*) count as naked for arousal and rape mods and maybe even having multipliers 

And now you either have to change to something normal or with a keybind, and small animation hopefully, reequip the piece and

keep going like a slut untill it happens again

a wet tag for clothes that can go see through (or would) when hit with wet attacks or going through water would also work basically the same

but with a reverse timer starting when first wet
