Throne Chain collar animation

I'm trying to find an animation that came from an Slal pack but I can't seem to find the animation or the slal pack it comes from

It's a FM animation where the M is sitting on the throne pulling on a chain collar that is on the F, I recall it being a reverse cowgirl.

I'm pretty sure it was Anub or Billyy but I can find them so I don't think its them
