Turn Blackreach into a huge pleasure theme park

Just like the title says. I've had this idea to turn Blackreach into a huge pleasure playground/theme park for a while. There would be room for you to keep a large number of slaves in custom-built houses (basically large cages with furniture; built into the walls of the cavern, but with one wall a cage so you can see what's going on at all times). This would be able to feature a large number of slaves, vendors can come and sell their wares (in exchange for giving you a cut), slave market, house slaves, let other people interact with your slaves, a brothel for you to unwind, and support for pretty much every nasty mod you can imagine. I'm still brainstorming a lot of ideas, but things to include:

-compatibility with "Defeat" mod, for a fighting pit where the loser "submits" to the winner

-an execution gallows, where the bodies drop from the top of the waterfall into the water below

-compatibility with Home Sweet Home, where the large number of custom slave cages/houses have a cage marker & several house markers in them

-several bars for drinking and carousing; compatibility with Wenches mod to put several in each bar

-flower girls to roam and sex patrons

-some roaming, tame animals for NSFW fun; this would need to be compatible with "one with nature" that lets you config creatures to be non-hostile to all PC/NPC characters

-compatible with actor limit increase mod, and similar mods, that greatly increase the number of characters that can be active & animated at any one time

-would probably need to draw from "and you get a slave"'s brothel function to draw a large number of skyrim NPCs into this place, including several different brothel markers for different locations

-TDF prostitution to add prostitution functions to several bars/inns

-several stocks/gallows where onlookers can freely observe slaves being whipped/tortured as part of the theme park "feel" to have a random show.

-"damsels in distress" mod to add a large number of damsels in bondage

-hentai creatures mod for custom hentai creatures, like dwarven automatons.

-fast travel between different parts of Blackreach (this would be a first for Skyrim)

-a quest to clear Blackreach of all monsters as a script to add to ALL Blackreach cells, but also a large number of roaming, high-level guards/mercenaries to kill any enemies that pop up anyways.

 

One of the reasons I thought of this is because there isn't really any mod that adds all of these things in one place. Like, you get little bits here and there, but none of it combines all of the functionality while also giving you a huge castle/playground to play in. The slave market kind of does, but not on the scale of literal Blackreach as a massive player home. Usually you have to visit a large number of locations in the game to get all of these different functions - castle, all of the dozens of different sex mods - so this would put the functionality in one place.

I'm going to assume you have little to no experience creating mods based on your question where to start. That's a pretty ambitious project for a beginner. I suggested making smaller scale mods and gradually work your way up to more complex mods. Texture replacers to custom locations to scripted mods, something like that progression.
