WickedWhims missing previous features

Is anyone having an issue where you can no longer super customize WickedWhims?  Ever since an update a few months ago, I can't customize my sim much.  It used to be soooooo detailed.  Ever since Simtuner was added.  I have only 3 options to customize sex interactions.  I'm also missing settings menus.  For example, one of the NPC sims I have sex with always uses a condom, and I can't figure out how to disable it anymore.  There is no condom use option in my pregnancy settings.

I'm looking for stuff too.  It feels like they're going the way of Microsoft Windows, taking settings away and managing things their way.  Where are the family relations options, for instance?

Sorry If I'm misunderstanding but I think your looking in the wrong place.
Sim Tuner is to specifically alter how a specific sim behaves, all the other settings are still in Wicked > Settings
