Hearing the Vats sound from the first video i recomend you look for Metal gear mods for fallout or related.

That sound effect are the Idroid interface from MGSV.

The second video. . . no clue if its the action music you are asking that could be custome made for him/herself. . .

i checked that mod there is no vats sounds
