Mod confusion

Hey there, so after a looong time I'm looking into this again

but a bit confused as to how the mods work nowadays

 

So, seems SexLab has mostly taken over everything that happens in the sex-based-mods?

 

Also, whats the best Loli/Child mod around atm? (most updated/maintained/working)

I've seen Monli, Elin and CotS, are there others too? Which would I most easily find working armor for? Or does the armor work fine anyway?

 

If i get a body replacer mod do I still have to get one of those "Pretty faces" mods or is that replaced too?

 

what do i need extra? like a good mod launcher&installer tool or do i have to do that by hand? and such stuff ^^"

(still sifting through the forums but a bit confused on those points atm)
