How do you add a penis texture to a skin?

I have an alien skin that looks very weird with the default penis, but I can't figure out how to add a custom-drawn one to that skin, where it would go

When you get the morphing penis files, there's a "mesh map 1" version and a "mesh map 2" version. Mesh map 1 maps to the bottom left of the skin file image, mesh map 2 maps to the bottom right. I see mesh map 2 used more often, and that's what works with some of the other mods on this forum, like the penis rigged for animation. The "Enhanced Bodies" file on this forum uses mesh map 2. So, penis texture usually goes in the bottom right.
