Need help with the screen turns green

Everything was fine before, but suddenly the game screen turned green and has some strange ghosting. Restarting the game doesn't solve the issue. Does anyone know what the problem might be?

Just going to suggest the obvious - Have you gone back to a previous save and played through to the point where this happened and did it happen again? Or is it happening no matter how far back you go?

 

I only ask/suggest this because when I've had issues in the past where simply reloading a previous save and losing 20 minutes of gameplay has sorted the issue out for me. I just assumed that things didn't render or load in properly.

...may be a sequence problem or the video card/program has just been updated and/or incorrectly. However, it is worth trying by starting a new game.... What is happening there?
