Hey

You see, I'm a NSFW artist

I'm trying. Real, real hard. To essentially do what others have already done. Make a simple patch mod to add genitalia to the pals. I have a thing for immersion and I want every single pal to have at least one set of bits, in one mod. Ideally someone could teach me how to implement it with OK as well, but I've never modded anything in my life so I'm not really sure how that would go. Actually, the ideal dream would be to have a ridiculous amount of variation, maybe even adding multiple vagina/penis options for each pal to have actual diversity in their parts, imagine picking a pal with your favorite shape that you've found. Or adding variation into the breeding system.. Getting rare pussy colors..? I don't know what is/isn't possible. Eeee.

Alas. I am just an artist. All I have is hands and no brain, and know fuckall about the smart people things. My first test was Chikipi, I just sculpted straight on the existing mesh and made a crappy, but SUCCESSFUL, patch.

And then I decided to do a real first test by modeling the pussy separately for Rooby and then joining.  Fuck. I even somehow made the goddamn pussy on fire: https://imgur.com/qboXN1x

I reeeeaaally want to so badly though. I'm not looking for someone to do it for me. I want to learn to be able to make a simple patch without breaking the skeleton.

I've gotten pretty far but I have run into some issues that feel like they SHOULD be solvable with google, but I assure you. It has been a week straight. You will not find any video or forum I have not lovingly caressed the balls of. Seriously. But I've never used blender. I tried to make a separate vagina mesh and join it, parent it, every possible combination of things. Parented to armature or bone or weight painted everything. Pretty much every single time, this works in blender and ue5- moves with the pose and everything, but in game, it turns into this delightful being: https://imgur.com/gX7kXs3 every single time. I'm spinning in my grave

I assume it's something extremely simple and stupid, but again I've never used blender lol. Biggest question is: Does anyone know an exact process to adding a vagina/penis onto a pal without destroying it/the existing armature? Pweaaase help. It's possible I might even release it as a full pak mod someday, including variations of the pak for all crowds (human pussy version, anatomically correct version, for example) if I can figure out how to even do it one time.

If you need any motivation to help me out, I'm pretty proud of how my 3D work looks to be honest.... https://imgur.com/nOaAkCM

It SOUNDS ambitious, but I'm really serious. It's kind of fun. Modeling pussies and dicks. I even LIKE weight painting. Ew, right? If anyone can help me out, please let me know!! ❤️ (ESPECIALLY if you can help me make it for the OK mod!)

If you want faster help, come talk within SCake discord. You'll find link in this forum.

I say that because it'll be easier to explain what you have problems with, not write a giant tutorial on this.

There are a few things about exporting right fbx settings from blender and packaging files that aren't gonna explode the skeletons.

For mesh swap you only need skeletal mesh to be in your pak. That skeletal mesh should point (reference) the game's original skeleton. Skeleton should not be changed. Not should be changed PhysicsAsset. It has to have a correct reference.

Also you seem to have troubles with materials. See you cant just use default ue5 material on pals. You need to make a reference to instance of the original material. This info can be found in palworld modding pal discord.

That said it is better that you do not make new materials. Edit existing texture instead, find a part of it where UV isnt taken and assign your new stuff to it. This way you'll only to overwrite T_ file, standing for texture.

Once you figure out that, you can start tackling OK, which isn't that big of an issue (aside from issues it has). Having same pal having different bits is possible, although we hope to have a sos-alike system in future.

Also I am suggesting SCake because palworld modding discord is not very nsfw oriented.

I would, but I unfortunately have people added on my discord that prevent me from doing that kinda thing on there. I think I figured the basic mesh replace out though! I appreciate the tips. I'll still have to figure out OK stuff, but progress has now been made. :3

Make an alt account. When you click on your username on the bottom left of disord, there is a button that will allow you to change account while only requiring login info the first time you log into each account. Either use that or run a second discord instance on a web browser for your alt account.
