Cloudflare issue at log-in

I have been having issues access this site for a while now, at fist my Edge browser just doesn't work with LL so I switched to Chrome and it works for a while and now both just don't work at all I am stuck at 'verfiying that you are human' and 'take longer than expected' loop. I have to resort to VPN to access my account right now. 

 

I've tried disable tracking protection as suggested by someone in this forum but that doesn't work either. I am pretty sure I don't have anything in my network with virus (that said I've changed my router recently.) Is there anything I can do to make this site works reliably with my own IP address instead of having to resort to VPN?
