Racemenu Script Error

Does anyone know how to fix this error?

 

RaceMenu Error(s): SKSE script version mismatch detected (69) expected (72). Please reinstall your SKSE scripts to match your version. Error Codes (1)

 

I have tried updating all of the mods I believe use Racemenu and I do not see any mods overwriting it in MO2. I don't know what else could be causing this.

But you didn't update the dependencies of Racemenu. Your SKSE scripts are too old for RM.

I have the newest version of SKSE installed for game version 1.6.1170, I don't think that is the problem but I will try anyways. Thanks for the suggestion.

Your GetScriptVersionRelease in SKSE.pex is returning 69 and RaceMenu expected it to return 72. So whether or not something is the newest or not is irrelevant, all you need to do is get those 2 numbers to line up. Newer SKSE, or older RM seems like the 2 likely solutions here.

 

Do not forget to check for mods overriding SKSE's files. You might have the correct SKSE, but if another mod is replacing SKSE.pex then that's an issue.
