Looking for a specific female preset Cleopatra/egyptian looking

Used to see it used a lot and I remember seeing it specifically used on an image for the Farelle animations but it was removed a few years ago or something. Can't find it anymore after digging for it and can't really describe it besides what I've mentioned in title but it was a very refined looking preset.

Not thinking of the dark haired "Vault Meat" presets are you? she certainly has that Cleopatra haircut and heavy eye liner going on. There are several versions on Nexus

 

Edit: I tried to link my search results, but it ain't working...just search "vault meat" on Nexus and you will get two pages of results with several presets among them.

Not that one unfortunately, that one still looks a bit like nora. Not sure how else to describe the one I'm looking for tbh.  Its a very polished looking preset with a hint of cleopatra/middle eastern tone.
