Strange Problem with SOS.

For a reason unknow to me sometimes SOS penis' bend to left. Does anyone know why this is happening?

Just a follow up, I found what was causing the issue. 

When installing SOS I forgot to turn off the setting to install a male skeleton making it conflict with with XP32. 
Reinstalling it without that options seems to have fixed it for me. I also moved SOS further up the priority list just in case.
