Hi there! So, my life has been on fire meaning mods have taken a back seat on my priority list, but I'm trying to do exactly what you're asking about.

The thing is, no matter the approach I take for making the actual slit + tendril/dick, unfurling animations would also need to be done separately if you want that too. But if that's fine with you, then hopefully at some point this summer I'll be able to have something worth sharing.

 

In the meantime, you could try to use exuablv Merman's Mating pack bottom part!

I was going to suggest the mermaid one above.  I also recommend downloading the genitals from here, though if you aren't into furries you will have to sort through and delete the skins.  But some of them have slit style flaccid forms:
