Anime Race Nanako Chan Tutorial

Does anyone have a tutorial with installing Anime Race Nanako chan, I am new to modding and have never touched fo4 edit and am trying to get this mod to work. I want my character (male) to stay as a normal human and I just want to edit a couple npcs to be anime-fied. Any help would be GREATLY appreciated (seriously I have been trying to figure this out for hours).

I have over 15 years of experience using mods... and yes - I would be confident in implementing something like that for myself - but I would advise a beginner against it.

There are one or two threads on this topic in this forum (and mods for this "special" race)... but instructions for mod beginners would be completely new to me

Plus... there was just a "next generation" update to the game - so if you have a NG Fallout now - most things probably won't work anyway
