Not sure about graphic mods combinations

I don't really understand how they interact, so I turn to you for help.

Attached is a screenshot of the graphic mods currently installed. Should I enable the unticked ones too, or will they conflict?

If I did, would I need to rerun xLODGen? (I assume so?)

 

Also, which ENB is decent? I mainly look for enhanced atmosphere, certainly nothing too cartoony or dark. I'm afraid of testing at random, as I recall that getting rid of an ENB is virtually impossible.
