Nemesis Update Engine Issue

I've transferred my game files to external hard drive. I changed all directory paths to the new game file path, as well updating nemesis.ini file. Thing is my animations before transferring my game files still completely work. When adding new mods to update Engine is the issue. It gets to 96% then crashes. I've done countless online common issue solutions and none sadly didn't work.
