Infinite black screen on entering particular cells

Its in the name - enetering particular cells causes infinite black screen, you get a sound of door after a load screen, but it never properly finishes.

Having no actuall crash i dont get crash logs. Even more annoying - problem seem to be inconsistent. Sometime - said cells load just fine. So, any hints to what is it that can cause it would be wellcome.

I was getting this (again) after to updating to Faster HDT-SMP 2.4.0

I went back to Faster HDT-SMP 2.2.1 and started a new game and it seems better so far.

  Thanks, althou i dont believe ive touched FSMP in while. My current tests indicate several possible solutions. SL Survival enforcer spawner being one (i believe its an SE only bug. Since MM1 stayed on LE, i dont believe it was ever fixed). Beyond that, turning off SLHH/SLAPP/BaboDialogue events seemed to do it. Seemed is a keyword, it will take considerable playtesting time to have any sort of confidence. No log floating bugs are just the best =-/
