It looks like a texture conflict, probably an NPC mod that uses one of rovers texture.  You could try removing some of the NPC mods to narrow down which specific mod that is conflicting.  Once you find which mod it is either don't bother with the mod or be prepared to spend a lot of time to fix it.  If you want to try and fix it when you've found the conflicting mod you then need to find the texture name like "Components-0-2-4-5 t=cccc4663.dds" that is the same in both mods, then in the mod.ini file of the non rover mod, find the file name related section and comment out the block with a semi colon ( ; ) infront of each line.  Good luck.

Cantarella is back and i figured I'd share what I've done with her a while back.

 

This is a mix between this (base mod) -> https://gamebanana.com/mods/584909

umbrella is from caverabbit cantarella mod. cant find link. made some edits. 

 

Don't remember where i got her gray dress textures, but i thought it fit better than her original blue dress.

 

Added jellyfish for obvious reasons.

This is the free version of the mod, since no one has uploaded it here yet. if anyone has it, plz post it or send it to me. i will be happy to port over all the edits to the new version and re-upload it here.

 

(yes, this is a cry for help!!)

 

Here's one i had fun with. Zhezhi doesn't have too many great mods that keep it in line close to vanilla. so i chose to work with this one.

Zhezhi by design is a very colorful character, so i just went with it. i kept alot of pink and blue's but she officially now has more Rainbow LED's than your current pc build.
