Marie Rose race for fo3?

I'm a fiend. I saw on some random, decripit Japanese website of Marie Rose as a proper race in fo3. 

Now I want and need it, my only luck was finding it in NV.

If it's not too much effort; I'd suggest giving TTW a try.

It takes a little while, but you get to combine NV & 3 into one game, with all NV's upgrades, and after playing through it (in a very completionist playthrough) it's relatively bug free.

If you do go with that option, the NV version will work.
