You are trying to add moans and pregnancy compatibility in a way that is outdated and might not even work even by OG SxB standards. I highly recommend you to update to using atleast the right config files, better yet SBR standards.

@Erina Sugino How difficult would it be to do this? This is easily my favourite species, and I'm finding it borked for SBR.

 

Also, it seems to 'default' my spite in an x-scene to be some sort of nondescript human thing lul.

Your character reverting to a bald human is if you do not have the race compatibility patch installed. Or, in your case, probably installed incorrectly.

 

As for fixing the moans, what I think you mean with the first part of your message, is quite easy. Just need to move a bit of stuff around.
