Anything Like Joburg yet?

Any mods that allow for dynamic hookups between NPCs yet, like Joburg did? It added a touch to the world that made it all the better. Like sneaking through the guard barracks in oblivion but getting caught because two guards were fucking on the bed.

I'd love to stroll through riften and see two thugs goin at it on the docks below or two bandits caught in coitus as I sneak through their collapsed fort.
