hi i'm trying to get the POVs for florans from FullPOV and this to work together but for some reason the face of the floran just disappears and refuses to appear, the facesitting and butterfly poses all break too

If it's POV that's breaking it's because sprite sheets cannot patch, they just outright replace.

The "fix" is going to be taking the sprite sheet from FullPOV, and the one from pygo, and copying the added positions from FullPOV into Pygo.

I'd do it myself but I've gotta get with the FullPOV guy and get permission beforehand.

Working on it now, along with a few other species adaptations.

I was hoping to add the Viera as well but they've got a non-vanilla body shape now.

So from reading all of this, this hads updated POVs for certain positions and it also hads new positions for the world sprites? Am I getting it right?

Yeah, art for some of the vanilla PoV positions is changed, and there's more positions.

Hello! I've been trying to make Shadow races work with this mod, but to no avail.

 

Problems: The basic SB(base positions, ui) works but not the pygophilia upgrade(ie: POV, new pose etc) so that when I try to see the new poses, the body just disappears. and even the base POVs doesn't even render(The POV screen doesn't even come up).
I'm currently using https://community.playstarbound.com/resources/shadow-race.5197/ this race mod, this shadow2 SB mod, FU, and Silent Shadow mod. Is there any compatibility issues that I don't know?

 

Sorry for the inconvenience. It's been a while since I've been modding this game and I REALLY want to see the shadow POV in action!

是不是不显示这个mod的pov画面，黑屏？应该是其他的pov mod 导致的冲突，因为这个mod的优先级比较低应该是，导致被其他mod覆盖了

Yeah anything additional that's PoV related is probably going to break things, which is why Pygo has all the PoV framework stuff built in. If you're having general display issues, make sure you have no extra unneeded PoV mods, and if it's with specific races then you're probably going to have to remove that races mod as the sprite sheets are getting overwritten.

Oop, hi! First of all, love this mod! Getting all the sprite sheets drawn and organized must have been an absolute pain in the ass. I'm frankly amazed you're still supporting this and responding to people in the thread so actively, I would have probably just tossed it into the void and let someone else take care of it after having to draw 113 sheets lol.

 

I'm running into the same disappearing head glitch that others have talked about and I'm not sure what could be causing it. It seemingly only happens for vanilla races? My kemono character doesn't get insta-guillotined when trying to eat ass but the NPC I'm fucking does. I've looked through my mod list and removed what I assumed to be all the non-GROTU mods that change sprite sheets which should be what causes the bug, but this still seems to happen. It's not a huge issue but I'm wondering if something in my log or mod list stands out to you? 

 

I also noticed in the logs that the game keeps trying to load an asset called /artwork/pov/actor2/kemono/hair/femaledefault.png but fails. I'm wondering if this is connected to the blowjob POV scene being just a static image of a dick with nothing happening, I wasn't sure if that was intentional.

Shit I haven't seen that error in a minute. It should just be a matter of their being a duplicate sprite sheet for vanilla races, because sprite sheets can't be patched. I'd search through the unzipped folders for anything actor1/actor 2. As far as the .paks are concerned, I think Go Fuck Yourself was giving issues but I can't remember.

Still getting the invisible heads in the POV screen during fellatio, but that's a fairly minor issue (despite my oral fixation). Checking the Pygo files, I noticed only humans(?) actually have the artwork/pov/actor2/race/hair filepath lead to an actual folder containing animation frames, which would explain why I randomly saw the POV blowjob work once in a blue moon. Is it an unfinished feature?

Yeah that's just a matter of there not being art for it. I'm sort of looking a building a patch so the new complete PoV mod is compatible with Pygo.

It seems, that your mod is not compatible with PovRedux. Or maybe I am too dumb to get mods working, lol.
Anyhow: Whenever I have one or both PovMods installed, your animation sprites work - but the POV does not.

Yeah this has PoV built in, if you're using other PoV frame works it's probably going to break.
