Disappearing Landscape When Close

For some reason the objects like trees and bridges near Sanctuary disappear as my character approaches it. I think it's a Precombines issue. I followed the guid the Midnight Ride. I've included my load order, installed mods, and screenshots. Please help.

This is something you have to resolve yourself, here is what you need to do.

Download fo4edit. Then run it, ensure all your mods are active in fo4edit.

Expand fallout4.esm, scroll down to worldspace and expand it.

Find SanctuaryHillsWorld (should be one of the last worldspace entries.)

Check for any conflicts between Sanctuary and your other mods, and adjust your mod list accordingly or see if there is a patch for the conflicting mod. You shouldn't need to start a new save, but it couldn't hurt either.

It is probably prp, though you have it at the end of your load order, so I'm not sure why it is conflicting, hence why you need to check yourself.

Okay, I ran Fo4Edit and did what you said, but how do I check for conflicts? I honestly have no idea what I'm looking at.

To the left of 000A7FF4 is a +, click on that to expand it. You'll probably have to expand other entries after that too. fo4edit shows different colours - green means no conflict, and pale yellow is usually fine. If there are entries with red in them, that is where the conflict lies.

Feel free to post more screen shots of fo4edit, if you need help.

Thanks, but I'm not seeing any red in any of the entries when I expanded 000A7FF4.

Have you expanded all the sub-blocks as well? If there are conflicts, that is where you'll see them. Yes, you have to go through them all.

None of them are red, a good bit of them are yellow. And all of them show pretty much the same thing. It's a timestamp for either Previs or both Previs and Precombinded

As the time stamp is yellow I wouldn't worry about it. I'm at a loss as to why fo4edit doesn't show any issues and yet your initial images do show what looks like a precombine issue.

It could be worth disabling everything but the unofficial patch (except it's requirements naturally) and prp and starting a new save. If everything is fine, then one of the other disabled mods are conflciting. If everything isn't fine, check you have the most up to date versions, and they are installed completely.
