This mod only replaces the slave collar with a heavy shock collar. I'm not experienced in modding, so if something goes wrong, it's at your own risk. For me the mod works fine.

Okay it looks like part of making the collar give shocks is having Deviously Cursed Wasteland 1.4. This mod will equip the collar when the quest starts. 
Slave Collar:
- dcw_slavecollardropchance: % chance to get the slave collar locked on you when opening a container.

 I dont always have deviously cursed wasteland installed because it comes with  a lot of stuff i find over the top.

So this collar will force my character to stay naked is DCW 1.4 is installed?

Yes my mods are only object replacements.

I'm not sure, but I think I'd have to replace the original shock collar from the game, since the author of this mod probably uses the original collar. I personally don't have enough experience to replace the original collar, and I won't be doing it yet. A better option for me would be to change the collar replacement in the mod settings, but that's not my mod and it also wouldn't work again every time he update that mod.

Hey as an amatuer 3d modeler just want to praise your work for a min, You got fake fucking welds and a fake tumbler that you probably cant even see with bethesda's slop in game camera, I think this level of fidelity would be a good goal for me in the future. Anyways good job
