who can help me to find this sim? i found it in deviantart from Maxoxuna, i'm a very hardcore fan of Umemaro

 

i hate these guys where they post something like this and doesn't leave any links or references T-T

Took a quick scan. There are no sources or links to this Sim being available anywhere for download. There's a very high chance that this Sim is their own creation that they're just sharing screenshots of for fun. You'll probably have to ask them for the Sim, which is a long shot as the picture is 4 years old, or try to recreate her yourself.
