Found an Old Folder of Tray files

So I found an old folder of Tray files that I had backed up when I cleared out my previous game. Is there a way that I could check to see what these tray items are? Could I just throw them into my current tray without causing any issue? 

 

I just want to see what the files are, and if I can recover some of them

You can use Sims4 Tray Importer. Put the files in, open S4TI, and look at the sims without loading the game.

Thanks! This worked perfectly! I was able to extract and recover all of my old households and lots!
