Race support for AAFVIO/Human Resources, dominant quests, and various other things

As the title says, it would be nice if i could use the aaf violate and human resources combo on other races, I kinda wish there was more dominant quests and stuff (most of the ones now are based around being dominated). I wonder if theres a mod to freely smack peoples asses or if theres like a hypno gun, any other ideas?
