How do I use a custom expression for blowjobs?

In SL blowjob animation scenes, which expression is used? It used to be the combat shout expression, so I edited the high poly version of it since I'm using high poly head(made a much bigger and more dick shaped opening) but in game it still looks like the SL default expression. I've also tried better blow jobs but I think it has too much vertical opening. I want a hentai esque expression where the mouth looks like its stretched if that's possible(I know it will look weird with small Ds, but I don't really have those in my game, lol).

 

So is there a way to use the expression I edited or another way to achieve this? I've never managed to successfully compile anything so I prefer to avoid scripting.

SexLab MCM has a menu for adjusting this. The expressions and phonemes used will be listed there. The only thing I recall being problematic with that one is that the values set there do not match the outcome when I apply the same values in one of my own mods. I suspect SL may bend the values a bit or something, it's not 1:1. Close enough though, start there.
