Ollec Posted May 14, 2024 Posted May 14, 2024 Anyone know what settings in game i can adjust this? Ive tryed disable my tree mod and nothing works, i use enb and trying to figure out wich settings to adjust
PandaIGuess Posted May 14, 2024 Posted May 14, 2024 (edited) This is a LOD issue, there are no in-game settings to fix it. I don't mess around with ENB settings so I'm not sure if there's an option to edit tree LOD brightness. Just run Texgen & Dyndolod again and lower the LOD brightness until it looks alright lol Edited May 14, 2024 by PandaIGuess
Kastagir Posted October 5, 2024 Posted October 5, 2024 Disable ENB (Shift-F12 by default) and see if there's a difference. If not then it is the LOD textures. If you are using a tree/flora mod make sure you downloaded the LOD textures from that mod. Most mods include them. Some mods offer them as separate downloads. Then use DynDOLOD. It will generate proper LOD textures and LOD meshes and you can tweak the brightness of those textures if they don't look right. It's not clear if you use DynDOLOD or not but it can correct this issue if it is the result of a modder's oversight. If you aren't familiar with DynDOLOD then you should look for GamerPoets tutorials on Youtube for setting up DynDOLOD and configuring it. They are very helpful.
