Odd voice line randomly playing and ctd on load game?

I just started playing the game again, a little while ago. And while exploring the wilderness, or heading between whiterun and riverwood, i'll just repeatedly hear what sounds like an ai imitation of the female nord voice saying "what happens in the past stays in the past", and i have no idea what mod is doing this. It was also the same time i'd start having CTD issues, and i'm trying to figure out what mod is causing this. Googling "what happens in the past stays in the past skyrim se" or any variation brings up no relevant results. So it looks i'm probably alone on this, but i'll ask anyway.

Anyone know what mod is causing this? Been looking through my mods for that specific audio file, but so far i've turned up nothing.

I think i've found the culprit, at least for the ctd. Sanguine's Debauchery. Disabling it causes the game to load just fine. Not sure about the voice line yet. I think disabling one of the babo/baka mods got rid of it.
