Last update of Skyrim special edition (1.5.97) not AE edition
Latest SKSE64 for Skyrim SE (version 2.0.20)
The presets can work on AE and LE version if you can find the same requirements.

Aunt cass please, I'll be forever in your debt, and i remember reading somewhere long ago that cotr wasn't very compatible with other mods is that true

Cotr is compatible with others mod like High poly head because it have it's own folder path and therefore does not overwrite existing files.
It is a bit heavy, but I find it much more modern than HPH.
