uploads Can't upload big files

Anyone know what this error is or how to get around it? I've been trying to upload a ~180MB video but the upload keeps freezing after uploading 100MB

 

And no:

1. It's not my internet connection because I switched to a different network and it got stuck at the exact same point

2. It's not the video format because I uploaded a .zip file too for a sims household and it got stuck and gave the same error message, again after 100MB

 

Pls help🥲
