Are your body mesh sliders at zero in bodyslide?? other than that it looks like a new issue.

 

It looks like your skeleton has conflicts with other mods

Check in MO2/Vortex if zaz skeleton have any conflicts. And build your BT3 body with zeroed slider on erection.
