Camera resizing problem and looting ctd in intro.

To be honest im not sure what im doing wrong. But I can't even get past the intro with the headsman and stuff... keeps crashing after i loot.

 

The first problem comes when i start the game my char seems to be standing up in the cart during all the talking, then as i auto get off the cart to join the other prisoners i clip through the cart and end up short.

 

As I get control of my character it seems im at the right height though...

 

Then i get to the part where i loot the stormcloaks body after the man undoes my binds and it crashes after i try and loot the stormcloaks tunic. 

 

Can anyone help me find out whats going on? Here is my boot order: (this is what BOSS set it to)

I dont understand, you cant pass the loading screen but at the same time you're having ingame bugs? ;O

Well for the first, after you run boss, if your game CDT in the loading screen, it can mean some pluging not being added to the boss' masterlist, so boss wont order you and it is, after all, disorganized and messing your game. Then open tes5edit, be sure it has selected the plugins/mod you actually are using, and run it, it will pop an error in the exact moment it detect the conflicting, out of place plugin and will tell you.

 

Secondly, crashes related to animations, character meshes, outfits, etc, are manily related to skeleton/mesh incompatibility. If you're using a mod like realistic ragdoll, for example, you'll need a skeleton compatible. Bascially, this: http://skyrim.nexusmods.com/mods/26800/?

 

After install it and intall any animation mod, dont forget tu run FNIS!
