One of your mods probably has an improperly created radiation source that couldn't load and so loaded in there. I remember dealing with something like that a while back but nothing in your modlist looks familiar to me.

I don't remember what mod it was but I just had to disable it. I just had to trial and error disable stuff until I found that one that was causing it.
