Is there a way to remove blur on Main Menu?

So the reason I need it is that I like to make screenshots when I play with AAF. I can use the console to pause the motion and take a screenshot, but it does not pause the AAF script, so if I take my time picking a good shot, the scene ends too quickly. I saw that this is possible (removing blur) in a youtube video I watched. Here is how it looks like

 

Any ideas?
