Hi guys,

Another weekend, another LOT for the Sims 4.  This is an entertainment and residential rental complex on the old Plumbob Pictures Museum lot in Del Sol Valley.  

 

Lot contains a two-screen cinema with bar/lounge, a bowling alley and games room, along with 4 (unfurnished) apartments.

 

I've kept minimal CC (but have included in the download what I've used), but it does use a shitload of packs.

 

All works well in game with the latest patch.  Requires a 40x30 and use bb.moveobjects before placing.

Sorry but unless this is AN ACTUAL STUDIO, my Pornbob Theatre lot (Which is based on the Plumbob Theatre in Del Sol Valley that comes with Get Famous) DANCES CIRCLES around this 🤣😂
